First they requested from indeed that you record a video. Second was a zoom interview with the founder responsible for installations. After the video interview it was then followed by in-person interview with both founders. I emailed several times but never heard back from them, I even emailed asking for constructive criticism because the one co-founder seemed to be very supportive of communication. It seems that this is a common practice with this company regarding not getting back to applicants, especially ones that have gone further in the process.
