I went for the interview position of ADM. I gave my CV and waited for straight one hour for a call. After one hour of no response, I stood up and asked what's happening. The response was that they don't even know any interview for the position of ADM is happening. On process, Associate Delivery Manager is not a developer still asking questions asking to write the code with correct syntax on the spot is bit childish. You can set any level of expectation but for such roles a high level understanding is what should be required because you don't want him/her to code but a better communicator and co-ordination of teams for a developing and cohesive environment. I got good rating in communication but less marks on technical because I didn't write the exact syntax in which code should like to satisfy the whims of the lady developer interviewing me :) :)
