Very ad hoc, the second round the interviewers didn't seem to have a game plan as how to interview me. One of the required panelists also arrived late to the call.

Interview was straightforward with standard questions including employment background, member interaction, conflict management, and general personal organization questions. There was also the opportunity to ask questions about position, organization and program.
