First interview was rescheduled on my calendar, without an email or anything if the time worked. Just an oops, I double-booked, hope this works. I thought no worries, happens to everyone, and moved a meeting to accommodate. Next meeting was cancelled 11 minutes prior to meeting time saying they decided to downgrade the role to a Manager/Sr. Manager role. To be honest, it sounds like they need a true leader to keep talent acquisition strategies in order and not taint the employer brand and to properly and strategically forecast upcoming hires - oh well, I guess!
