I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One in Feb 2011
Interview
Very easy questions. If you have been in some business and finished high school, learning your math maybe some college calculus, then it's a piece of cake. All you have to do is not to make silly calculation mistakes. They look at your basic calculations, and you have to tell what you are doing. Do not rush. Rushing is your enemy, take your time, take a deep breath and do it.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in May 2022
Interview
I applied online for the position and was contacted by a recruiter. I was informed that the role I applied for may not exist anymore and was provided another generic job description to apply to. I completed the first case study and was provided positive feedback throughout. However, the interviewer, who would have been my peer, quickly failed me right after the case study. I found it very odd that this person was in control of the whole interview process. For such a large company, they seem to have a huge blind spot in their hiring process that allows for a lot of unchecked bias.
