I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied online and quickly had a phone screen with the recruiter. At the end of the phone screen we scheduled a time for an on-site interview. The on-site interview consists of 3 to 4 one on one interviews that are a mix of behavioral and case formats and a lunch. My experience consisted of 3 cases and one behavioral. Although I had an additional case, I did not receive an offer - this is in contrast to other experiences I saw on glassdoor...so I don't think you can use this as a solid indication that you will receive an offer. Although the outcome was not ideal, I will say that the company seems impressive and the experience was enjoyable.
In comparison to other cases, the ones at Capital One seem pretty straight forward. I would suggest reviewing break-even calculations and setting up standard algebraic equations. My cases were typically focused on pricing strategies and capacity.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Enjoyed the process until the 3rd interviewer of Power Day. She was a Director that showed up 5 minutes late with no apology, after a few minutes I noticed she was in a very public setting with a lot of people talking and distracting background noises. She wasn't very good at explaining the story and didn't seem to care about the process or the interview.
