The first round was coding challenges which you have to solve 3 problems in 70 minutes. I would rate the problems were medium level in leetcode. It was about sorting algorithm and trees.
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Capital One in Mar 2024
Interview
Initially was sent an online assessment. Several months later I was asked to interview. The 4 hour interview consisted of 3 different parts. The technical question was extremely easy. The behavioral aspect of the interview was 3 straight forward STAR questions. The last part was a technical case which was also really easy. They began by asking me a bit about a new hypothetical feature. They then asked me to review some code. This last part I think was the trickiest but really not too bad. For context I've completed 150 leetcode questions. The interview questions weren't really leetcode style but it definitely helped to be good at writing/reading my language of choice.

Interview
Responsive recruiters, good accommodations, and lots of transparency. You get a tour of the building, learn about company culture, eat with current TDPs, and then do three different interviews.
