The process started with a short screening interview by the company recruiter, followed by quantitative and verbal tests online. These are tests that every person has to qualify, no matter what the position. They are similar to GRE / GMAT ... be sure to take the practice tests available online.
The interview consisted of 4 rounds ... a case interview, two behavioral interviews and a job/fit interview. (If your position is more analytical, you might have two cases and one behavioral). The last interview was more of a free form interview with the immediate supervisor.
For each of the first 3 rounds, the interviewer had a detailed list of questions -- which they asked by the book, and took copious notes. The case was more specific to Project Management for me ... but is more quantitative otherwise. The behavioral questions were the typical "describe a situation where xyz happened ..." type. Not too easy, but not too difficult either, if you are well prepared.
