Interview
First I got an online assessment (Codesignal GCA). I got 600/600 but have heard of others getting interview with as low as ~450. Then had a power day (4 hours for 1 behavioral 1 technical and 1 case interview + 1 hr break). Behavioral was standard & easy, technical was not too hard but just keep track of time. Case was not too bad either after studying ahead of time and running through several example cases.

Behavior: What's a time you challenged the status quo? What's a time you worked as part of a team? What's a time you had to learn something fast?
Tech: 4 part OOD question
Case: Business scenario with Capital One, then debugging a function related to it.
Data structures coding , less algorithm.
Mostly cares about communication , less implementation.
Case study - involved bug squashing (easy to fix) and was asked couple of design choice questions.
