Process was verry quick , Interview was easy and not hard, very simply gave documents to read before hand. Lasted 1 hour, video call. Scenario based questions and questions based on the documents sent,

Applied online, had one phone interview, then writing test and the interview with Capita. Interview lasted about an hour. A lot of questions about target meeting and organisation. Received offer within 7 days and background check took around 2 weeks.

Quick and easy, friendly team. Interview lasted 45 minutes basic questions must have understanding of company prior. Weekend interviews available got back to me quickly with a decision. Basic questions asked about report writing, communication, scenario based questions.
