Interview
There are two regular interviews, and three case interviews, two of which is during the assessment day. The last interview is with a Director or higher to figure out if the industry or capability is a match or not.

What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What is a good work environment? What is a good manager? Where are you in five years?
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

2. by senior director
3. by project manager

At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
