I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent (London, England) in Dec 2014
Interview
Telephone interview, lasted approximately 50 minutes. Well structured and explained before starting. Mainly behavioural questions like 'describe a situation when you ___'. Interviewer sounded very friendly and was in general trying to help you feel confident and relaxed. I was very very nervous and blew the first 5 minutes, but the interviewer was patient and reassuring. Still didn't get and offer but it was a positive experience.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? It was my first question.
Great process, 4 to 5 interviews (HR, consultant, manager, VP etc.).
Classic process, 1 case study to be prepared for, 1 situational interview (what would you do as a consultant if...), 1 presentation of yourself.
