Initial interview was with a headhunter company. They were kind of understanding the role of the position but not deeply as they should have been. Then I got forwarded to Capgemini, to a have an interview with a more technical team. No HR person was present which I found strange at this stage. I was disappointed of this because we had a 1,5h long discussion which was actually really informative and enjoyable with some od their technical collleagues. But the salary expectation was asked at the very end. An HR person would have asked that at a way more earlier time so we are not stealing each others time because they are not able to provide the certain salary expectation range's lowest limit, saying thats the top tier range for their current architects. The actual position would be still a high responsbility job also with high risks towards a wide variety of external market. Which wasn't represented by Capgemini's idea of salary for this role. In overall interesting career prospect and high learning curve possibilty but with way lower salary then in any other place on the market.
