1. a shorter case study with a manager and an associate regarding the go to market strategy of Swiss supermarkets , 2. personal questions and 3. brain teasers (e.g. How many M&Ms fit in a standard SUV)

Why capgemini invent and what makes you special in contrast to other applicants?
HR interview (15 mins to check availability), interview with 2 team members (around 1 hour, mostly about past experiences and behavioral questions), case study (could be prepared in advance and was then presented during the interview)
