Normally in the first round they(capgemini) will ask you about your project and will ask few technical questions. Second round will be from client the project which you are going to assign, they will check your technical stuff and other project related flow to identify whether you are suitable for that role or not. Then finally HR for you package discussion. Here based on client requirements they will schedule one or two rounds of technical interview.

I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
