Call from Capgemini hr, Discussion for the position/Experience/Expectations then in next 3-4 days first technical interview scheduled. After that second technical round and final HR round. Complete process take 12-15 days.

Position for CPP/MFC CPP- Threading, STL, Virtual functions, Operator overloading , Design Patterns, Casting , Lambda expression , Programming. MFC- Message handling, Dialog based applications , MFC Classes
