Scheduled telephonic interview, they rescheduled it thrice, finally one guy took interview and started from asking complex sql queries(only 2 quries he asked in whole interview). In between the telephonic call, he used to go somewhere else, and no questions on dwh, etl testing. Overall, worst interviewer i have ever seen.

Interview process was very fast. I never thought that the interview process will be completed in just two days for cap gemini. The first round was telephonic where the screening process was done and I was called in for the face to face round the next day and was informed the result immediately after the interview
