Our process is designed to allow candidates to showcase their skills and experience, ensuring that candidates have the correct skill set for the role, while also getting to know Capco better. As with any organization, we undertake candidate screening as part of our recruitment process and at times, may ask for additional relevant information, including verification of identity via government issued IDs. In addition, with client facing roles, this can also include a request to submit a one-page resume to share with the client team that you may be working with. Sometimes client demand and business needs can change, and this has a direct impact on the hiring process.
