Interview
First, I had to submit a resume and a cover letter. The first interview was with a recent alum from my university and a more senior consultant—1 hour-long interview with both behavioral questions and questions about my technical knowledge.
Formal one-on-one with another Capco employee. It was a classic behavioral interview. The first round of interviews had no technical questions. Basically, they just reviewed your resume and asked questions about each role.

Applied through my campus recruiting. Had one 45 minute phone interview (mostly typical MC questions mixed with typical behavioral questions) and was given my decision around a month after the interview.
