I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2018
Interview
I have only good things to say about the recruitment process and people at Capco. Interview process was straightforward and quick. First round consisted of a case interview followed by a behavioral interview. Final round occurred at Capco's Toronto office and included a group case interview, followed by networking and a few more behavioral interviews. Everyone I spoke with extremely interesting and the Toronto office has a great culture. Natalie Cronick who runs the recruitment was phenomenal. Easily one of the most professional and best recruiters I have come across. She made a stressful process easy and enjoyable.
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

Round 1- Assignment
Round 2- Technical
Round 3- Hiring Manager
Round 4- HR
The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
