Capchase interview questions

6 rounds, 1 in-person. Rejected at the end because they were looking for someone more senior. Interviews included discussions with Recruiter -> Hiring Manager -> Head of Sales -> Head of Customer Success -> panel with 1 peer AE and Customer Success AM -> Head of Engineering. Overall positive experience, but wish they would've rejected me earlier in the process if my experience was a limiting factor.

My last interview no-showed and I didn't hear anything for weeks after writing multiple contacts at the organization. Poorly run process. CEO call was the second step which was interesting, Asked for a robust presentation but didn't even get there.
