Capanicus interview questions

I was interviewed by some person.Who even don't know how to conduct the interview.He started with some questions about Redux.I explained him all from an dispatching an action to updating the state in reducer with middleware Saga.This was the only question he asked me.Then he told that you will have to undergo another another technical round. Meanwhile the HR informed me that we can hire you as a fresher.I asked him what was not in my knowledge that a senior guy should have.Answer was don't know. I just want to meet with the interviewer and will make him understand how to conduct the interview.
