Interview
Applied and received an interview through college career fair (Virginia Tech). On campus interview with 2 employees where they asked very simple behavioral questions (Why did you choose Virginia Tech?). Second round interview on site (Richmond, VA) included 3 separate interviews. 2 were more challenging behavioral interviews with 2 employees each and the third was a case study given by one employee. The case study was fairly challenging and involved ordering a sequence of different functionalities of a new website.

Interview
The hiring process was not stressful and very organized. It took about a month from initial phone screen to offer. The process consisted of a call from the recruiter, technical call, and in-person interview with 3 managers individually.
