I was contacted in August 2020 about the job opportunity of office manager through the new executive admin of the organization. I was under the assumption I had a job after the first interview. An application, drug test and background check completed before a second and third interview within a 5 week period, I kept getting the run-around and excuses on whether or not I had an employee contract after getting sent 9 hours of training videos that I was expected to watch for free off the clock. I also had to complete about 5 quizzes prior to the third interview on HIPPA, sexual harassment, fire safety, etc. I was given little to no information in the video training to complete these quizzes. The first interview was in person about an hour long. The second interview was one hour on Zoom. The third interview was almost 3 hours long in person and very disorganized, not scheduled properly with other employees in the office I was told I needed to interview with for the office position. I waited around much longer than I should have to speak to these other employees. My time was disrespected. Furthermore, the executive admin reached out to me during the weekend following the last interview on a Friday. I got texts at 10pm and 8pm at night about talking over the weekend regarding the job. That was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I declined the job offer by email and was given a separate job offer (which was sent near 10pm) , which I also declined due to the unprofessional nature of the executive admin. I do not recommend interviewing with this company. It is is very disorganized and unprofessional.
