Applied online. Got an email scheduling a skype interview a week later. The interviewer was really nice. Wanted to know more about me, my resume and my research process. Asked about how do I do research, find sources, organize the information, etc. It lasted about 30 minutes and there was time for him to tell me a bit about the company and for me to ask questions.
