Camgrain interview questions

MS Teams interview with an uninterested / rude Directer and helpful current IT Business Manager who is leaving post. The interview process was unstructured with lack of questions and lack of interest in the person being interviewed. The interview was my 3rd of the day and I’ve got to say the worst experience of the day and worst I’ve ever had. I was also told that I had lied about the reason for leaving my previous companies, which left me wondering why after reading my CV I was even asked to come to an interview other than to be criticize me about my bad luck through the pandemic. I had the skills they were looking for and the experience they require and I could of saved them a lot of time, effort and money over the next few years with there ambitious growth plans but due to lack of interest from the Director and no real thought from them on how to perform a senior management lead interview. I’m moving onto pasture new.
