Interview panel was 3 people including a HR expert and the Principal.
Looked around the college and met key figures within the organisation.

Interview
Usual three stage process, presentation delivery, work with students and formal interview. Housed together with other candidates until called, who were all very pleasant. Lots of staff rushed up to speak to us in hushed tones and I got the sense that overwork was the consistent expectation there. Interview panel was horrendous, no indication of life there whatsoever and made no reaction to anything that was said by me at all. Then failed to provide any feedback or even notification that I was not successful. All in all seemed a blessing not to get the job.
