it was very easy actually,they asked a bunch of customer service questions,some general questions,about myself,am i comfortable working their shift,do i have any health problems etc...they also told me to do a typing test during the interview,it wasn't hard

Started as a customer service representative, the interview was focused more on how well you’re able to handle objections.
They screen how you speak, fluency in English and tonality.
The overall interview was okay but the whole process including the training afterwards is intense
