emailed for timeslot, arranged a Skype interview, lasted about 2 hours, emailed fairly quickly about setting up the interview, had to reschedule and this was not an issue, interviewer explained the position and what the job entailed, asked me questions about my current position and expectations, felt more like easy flowing conversation than an interview which I prefer to being grilled

Interview takes about an hour and a half. Fairly easy going conversation. The employer will go through a common day of work and their expectations. Employer asked if you can commit to 12 months, why teaching, do you like to work with kids etc....
