I was taken into a room with an interviewer,who then set up a camera to make a recording of the interview, which would later be sent to the board. I was asked to introduce myself, and then was asked what I thought about the company, shared housing, and also what the companies marketing strategy should be. At the end of the interview, the interviewer told me that the internship required 2 days a week at there office, but the rest of the week I would be expected to be going out on my own to get new tenants, with minimal leads or resources from the company itself, and the only compensation would be a fee for each tenant gained.
