Interview
Live video production interviews with assistant editing submission and portfolio submission required. Laid back CEO/Founder, but strong morals driven organizations. Many 1:1 discussions after phone screening, and team meetings with each member of the small but gritty team. Emphasis on thinking creatively, and wearing multiple hats. The team was cordial and engaging, and their meetings were focused on collaborative creativity and user-centered design thinking. Many conversations to determine if I was a team player with values driver background, experience, and future aspirations.
