Cafe X Technologies interview questions

A lot of questions directed towards customer service because of the fact that this job focuses more on the customer service/retail environment. Hiring manager asked questions about putting you in certain situations and how did you react stuff like that. He said he would be in contact within a week, but never got an email and had to go talk to him in person...

The CEO sent an email to me, I then got in touch with the Manager and interview my first round with him. I moved on to the second round and interviewed with the CEO in more details.
