I applied for the job online - the next day I received an e-mail from a Senior Manager, and we began the interview process. 1) Phone Interview 2) In person Interview with Peer Manager 3) Interview with Senior Manager.
I interviewed in the winter before Christmas, but the team responded quickly with an offer letter and background checks.

I was asked to create a manual for an installation (my assumption was to challenge my knowledge of the trade) .

At head office. Scott , Cathy and 2-3 other managers attended. Took about 20 minutes for the interview. They asked who I could get business from and what my history was quickly.
