Tough they took me through technical questions - asked about cultural fit. They asked for me explain a data center deployment and DR scenario. Overall it was a great interview professionally done and in the end I received an offer that was on par with what I wanted

Ridicously long interview cycle which spanned beyond four months. Perception is that company didn't value candidate's time. Interviewing managers were a bit egotistical. I believe the drawn out interview process is probably indicative of the company's culture and politics.
