Interview
I got the interview for the client ford motors india for the technolgy is unix and oracle.
The were looking for 5-8 years exp people.
There 3 rounds as below,
1. Technical round
2.Client round
3.HR Round
Cleared and short listed in all the rounds.
Had fixed and reasonable remuneration.
Choosen this company for easy accessbility and fixed pay.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CSC in Aug 2009
Interview
Interview was more like a discussion. Wanted to know my most recent work experience and how it would relate to the job description that was advertised. Told me about a few current issues the project i would be assigned to had. And asked me how I would go about solving them. Spent a lot of time on this part fo the interview. I think my answers were good (but not perfect) and thus lead to a second interview where start date and pay was discussed.
