Appalling. Highly positive feedback given with promises made and then zero follow up. Focus seems to be on diversity hires rather than hiring the best person for the job. HR team disorganised and lacked confidence in the hiring process.

Question 1
Behavioural type questions focusing on doing with people.
I applied online. I interviewed at CSBP (Perth, Western Australia)
Interview
The interview process was in 2 steps- theoretical knowledge and laboratory knowledge.
it was friendly easy and relevant to the work. It included a laboratory test.I was interviewed by the laboratory manager who was humble and asked me generalized questions and was noting them on a piece of paper. A medical check up was the last step of their process at the other branch.

Question 1
about my technical knowledge, instrument and chemical handling ability.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CSBP (Kwinana, Western Australia)
Interview
1. Initial Online Application
2. Phone Interview
3. Secondary Phone Interview, this time with technical personnel
4. Interview in person in Kwinana with HR and technical personnel
Very straightforward questions in the interviews, a good mix of typical behavioural and technical questions related to process engineering discipline.
Promised to inform me of outcome within 2-3 business days of the final interview in Kwinana, whether the outcome was good or bad.
Had to follow up 3 weeks later with interviewer, who then answered my voicemail I had left a few days prior with an email stating that I was unsuccessful. Considering the process had already lasted 2 months at the stage of the final interview and had spanned multiple interviews, it was a bit frustrating.
