Submitted CV via job site. Spoke briefly on the phone and from that arranged a face to Face interview with recruiting manager. Interview day: Interviewed by manager, consisted of some technical based questions and competence based questions. After 15/20 minute interview I wasShown around office and shop floor, seeing the design and manufacturing facilities.

we put an advertisement online and had a few candidates to choose from and had video interviews, which worked out very well. Once a candidate was selected, then we scheduled a 2nd interview again via teams to further discuss the possible expectations .
