The interviewer was very friendly and understanding when I was initially caught off guard by the phone interview (which was very brief). I went in for an in-person interview later that week, had a nice conversation about the store, the brand, and the position. I had an offer by the next week.

Straightforward single phone call into an in person interview which was a total of 30-40 minutes with two people. I'd say it was fairly standard although they do position themselves as a "nicer" store.
