CORE Group interview questions

First interview with HR person (believed her name - Hannah). Easy going. But felt second interview (in person) with three people - one of which is COO Dan M - asked couple questions with no regards to job and other questions felt like “know it all”. Felt waste of time as the other two were mostly on their laptops and only asked couple small questions in total between the other two. I thought this opening was entry level. I understand it’s a personality test but this could have been done by phone instead of in-person. I would not be surprised to see a feedback to this by the same HR person. Example of question - if something was not working then what you do...maybe this..COO saids no..then no again then no again...where is this going Dan? This was repeated on several questions he asked.

1. Phone Screen with the CEO 2. In person interview with the CEO and COO 3. Final interview with the rest of the leadership team I have certainly gone through more arduous interviews although it was a bit nerve racking speaking to the CEO on the first phone screen. Frank did a great job explaining the company and the culture. My in person interview was very laid back and my third interview was with the leadership team.
