The response came quickly, but the interview was meh. The recruiter seemed new at her job, so she was reading off of a script most of the time and barely reciprocating what was being said.
I would say that the role has been open for a few months now, and it seems like a hyper-specific posting honestly but with a startup salary (not competitive)

First interview with the hiring manager, focusing on culture fit and my achievements. Second interview with 2 other engineers, consisting of a mix of technical questions and a company introduction. Final interview with the CEO and Tech Lead, focusing on vision fit.

Das Gespräch wurde informell über ein karrierenetzwerk initiert, was ich gut fand. Nach einem auf Englisch gehaltenem Video-Gespräch (ca. 1 h) wurde gesagt, man meldet sich innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Es gab eine Absage nach 4 Tagen. Auf Rückfrage, was der Grund dafür gewesen sei, wurde nicht mehr geantwortet.
