Interview
One phone call screening - basic questions were asked, but no follow up was made to update candidate on rejection or next steps. The recruiter was friendly, though the role had been open for quite some time.

Tell me about yourself and walk me through your CV.
worked with a recruiter and then had a 15 minute conversation with the CTO where it wasn't much of an interview. Asked a couple questions and then found out they moved on to someone else in the process with no real explanation
The process took more than it should and the response was a bit late
The process was in two steps
First with the HR + CEO
The CEO was in a hurry so he didn't give much space to speak, he wanted it to be under 4 minutes.
He didn't like giving some explanations about specific points in the CV.
The second was technical. Just questions and no coding.
