I was brought in for an hour long campus interview with two hiring managers. The questions were all pretty standard STAR questions, and I didn't have any problem. I was then flown up to Chicago for an interview session with about 4 other hiring managers; there was then a "networking event" in which they allowed us to ask questions to a plethora of CNA employees. They told me they'd get back to me in 3-4 weeks, but they called me as soon as I touched down on the tarmac. I wasn't a fan of the travel percentage or the fact that I'd be working individually about 100 percent of the time.
