Interview

Interviewed with 3 people on a video panel. 2 directors and 1 manager. The director failed to show himself, he stated that he was looking too unprofessional to be on video. At my interview that you knew was coming? The other 2 really felt like they did not want to be there. One manager never even smiled and was just sitting there all frowned up. As soon as I felt that vibe I knew they didn't want to be there and neither did I. I made it to the end of the interview and didn't expect to hear back. I didnt

Interview

I'm still undergoing the process, so I will update if I can. I applied almost 2 months ago. A week after I applied, I was sent a self-recorded video interview prompt where a list of questions is provided and you have to film yourself answering them. They give you a week to complete this. About 2 1/2 weeks after I was contacted by the recruiter for a phone screening. It consisted of behavioral questions like, "Name a time where you had to multitask. . ." 1 week later, I was forwarded to interview with the manager who gave me a lengthy rundown of the position. It was more of a conversation and he seemed very amiable. He had 1 or 2 behavioral questions that were similar to the ones asked by the recruiter. 2 weeks later, I was forwarded to the VP to interview with. It was very much the same vibe as the manager. The interview was a conversation with stated expectations for the role.

Interview

Process took about 3 weeks. Started with phone interview, then in person. The interview was... telling to say the least. They did not confirm my background which was alarming for underwriting... you’d think they’d be more thorough. Anyway, I felt the interview went well. It felt more like a conversation about if the job was good fit for me or not. I asked just as many questions as they did. I was told I would hear back from them soon. I did not hear back from them. They didn’t even tell me that the position was filled by another candidate. I am very disappointed.

Interview with the recruiter, then interview with the hiring manager, then interview with the other person on the team. All three showed interest in advancing me further through the process. It was drawn out over several weeks. In the last interview I was told the recruiter would reach out to update and schedule the next thing. I contacted the recruiter with a follow-up question, which she answered, and then she never contacted me. There was no communication regarding my application status, she just ghosted which is very inconsiderate and rude to applicants. It shows a lot about the company as well.

Showed up on campus with a talented group, not just a group of new hires. Really sold their brand. Interviewed in round robin on campus and brought people into chicagos all expenses paid.

Interview

It was not a pleasant experience. Did not feel the respect from the Company. I was invited to attend an interview with CNA Hardy. However, I received the HR's email on the interview day that something urgent happened to them and they were not able to attend the interview. The HR assured that he would call me back on the same day or next day for the reschedule yet I have never heard anything to date. My follow up calls and emails were ignored. Still have no idea of what happened to my application after the short 'interview postpone' email.
