Interview was on school campus, asked basic behavior questions. Second interview was on site. Took a Microsoft word and excel assessment to see skills sets, followed by another interview with the current PM.

Interview
Phone call with Kyle; then in person interview with Kyle Smith and Christie Fischetti. Christie is the owner of the company and Kyle, her son, is the Operations manager. The office was sold to me as a fun place to work among other things; they really know how to market themselves; however, Kyle is also the HR representative of this small company and should not be. The mother-son dynamic is very weird and there's favoritism as a result. During my time of employment there were unresolved HR (Hostile Work Environment) issues that were addressed with both of them multiple times and remained unresolved until they were taken to their partner company HR. If you interview here, make sure that the company has been revamped and turned around.
