At the start of the meeting, they immediately started asking me a ton of questions that were not out of the ordinary but when I pointed out that I knew nothing about the company or position demands, I was told “I don’t yet have a job description and cannot share benefits information until you move further into the interview process.” Well then why are you reaching out to me besides screening many “candidates” to have in your pipeline. I’ve been down this road before and I’m not going to waste my time to wait in a queue because you were overzealous and too quick to draw. Stop wasting people’s time.
