Interview
The interview was a good experience. Communication by phone call and then details arranged by email. I went into the main office for the interview, which was fairly standard, but also very friendly and comfortable. A second interview took the form of a mock lesson.

Asked to give a short mock lesson on a popular topic within one of the main syllabus
Submit a video of demo lesson ( around 15 minutes long ) on one of the topics in the subject, and then sit an interview in-person but this time a different topic which takes about an hour long
