The process was quite straightforward and friendly (even though I ran into a hiccup my initial interview). Video Interview with recruiter then video interview with 2 leads you’ll be working closely with (probably your manager and team lead). If you pass that then final round video interview with 2 directors. Pretty easy going questions on your experience, general interview questions and behavioral questions. The interview with the team leads was the most “challenging” one but relaxed nonetheless. I had a lot of questions ready. Use the STAR method and you’ll be fine!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why businessolver?
Experience with payroll? EDI?
How do you handle conflict?
Basic questions on experience
How do you go about doing something you weren’t fully sure how to go about?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Businessolver (Chicago, IL)
