Similar experience to other reviewers, overall the interview process felt very disorganized. Consisted of a phone screen, video interview.
I enjoyed the interviews I did have, and the company sounded like a great place to work. However, the recruiting team at Businessolver seemed to have trouble with the logistics of scheduling interviews. My phone interview was cancelled on short notice (< 10 minutes before it was due to start). For the first subsequent video interview only one of the attendees showed up. I was then told via email to expect another followup interview request. This was not scheduled.
My apologies regarding your experience. Businessolver is a very fast moving and ever changing organization. Often member of our interview teams are pulled in different directions.
Additionally, we've recently had some changes on our recruiting team. I would invite you to reach back out to us in order for us to continue with your process.
Thank you.

Easy interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Businessolver (West Des Moines, IA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Two video interviews and 4 in person interviews. This is a long process to see if you are committed to going to businessolver, but they don't give you all the information on what you will be doing necessarily.

Question 1
They asked a bunch of questions and gave you plenty of information about the company, but didn't tell you about being on the launch team and all the hoops you would have to jump through after being hired on.
