Very unprofessional way. I got email as you have been shortlisted for data engineer position and provided JD. as per JD they mentioned they will provide training on pyspark and Kafka. but next day they sent email you have cleared round 1 and you have shortlisted for round 2 assignment as which is 3 hours long. another day I received one more email that you have to complete round 1 which was having 15 questions based on pyspark. company don't have clarity what they want from candidate and own requirements.

First round consists of coding algorithms described in the given research paper. Round 2 is over skype (usually) and consists of discussing the code developed and a set of questions from machine learning, statistics and similar areas.
