Interview
It was a fairly short and easy interview. Mostly questions about my previous employer (I didn't have one). Talked about my work ethic and why I wanted to work there. After I had my main interview with a CSS, I went and talked to the store manager and she said that she would get back with me by the afternoon.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
